Yes. We are a friendly place. All we ask is that you give
us a call so we can make sure that we can give you all our undivided
attention when you come in. |

Normally for Canadian customers we quote in Canadian Funds
and for the rest of the World we quote in US Funds. Just let us know
which you prefer. We are here to make things easy for you. |

Is Specialty Lead Castings all you do? |

Not at all! If it is made of Lead, has Lead in it, or
around it, we can make it! We extrude, roll, pressure diecast you name
it. We also make other products that don't have lead in it. We
manufacture items with Tin, Antimony, Copper, Silver, Cadmium, Bismuth,
Zinc, etc. If you don't see it just ask! |

Do I have to have an account with you to buy? |

Not at all. You can pay cash,cheque or money order. If you want,
you can set up an account at a later date. We want to make things as
easily as possible for you. |

How do I get my goods if I don't live near you? |

We can ship anywhere in the world. Just let us know where
you are and we will get you a freight rate. We could ship it to you
collect or we could Prepay it and bill you on the invoice. |

How big of a Lead order do I have to place? |

We can make anything from as little as an ounce to tonnes
of material. We are very unique in this way. In fact many of our
competitors come to us for small runs. We have hundreds of different
dies & moulds. Chances are we might already have something on the
shelf that could fit your needs. |

I'm looking for a certain alloy - can you make it to my
specs? |

We sure can. We can make to ASTM, SAE, Military Specs
etc...Just let us know in advance what your requirements are. |

I have a unique part - Can you make special molds for me? |

Yes we can. We have our own Machine shop in house. This
allows us to control the time it takes from start to finish. It also
allows us to keep the costs down to the bare minimum, putting more money
in your pockets. |

What happens if you make me something and it doesn't meet
my standards? |

As long as we have all the details to begin with, like
tolerances, dimensions, etc. If we screw something up we don't believe,
you the customer should be penalized for our errors. We are one of the
few companies that still believes that the "Customer is always
Right!" Just let us know and we will do it over again. Your TOTAL
satisfaction is our future! |

I want to use lead but I don't want to touch it - what can
you do? |

Not a problem. We can coat the lead with paint, plastisol
coating, powder coat. What ever you want. We do it all in house! |

- can you do this? |
